This study finds that "greater physical access, more affordable arts, more relevant information about the arts and greater social acceptance need to be developed to enable people with disabilities to develop their artistic potential," and makes the case for funding Arts in Action to employ a Community Arts Officer to support people with disabilities to achieve their full artistic potential. -
