The project got money from -

  • Australian Research Council
  • Creative Australia
  • Queensland University of Technology
  • Curtin University

The research team worked with -

  • A Steering Committee – a group of people who help guide a project
  • Over 100 d/Deaf, Disabled, and Neurodivergent artists and allies

They shared stories, records, and helped plan the website.

The team thanks -

  • First Nations peoples who own the lands we work on across Australia
  • Disabled artists who have worked hard for many years to make Australia more inclusive
  • People who helped design and test this website

The team followed the rules from the QUT Human Research Ethics Committee, an independent group of people that look at research projects to make sure they are being done for the right reasons, and with respect for the rights, wellbeing, and safety of everyone involved.

The team used Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools – smart computer tools that can do things like create summaries of text, create captions for a video or voice recording, and create a voice recording from a written text – to help make this website.

This included tools from Microsoft, Adobe, and Sonix AI.

The research team used pictures from Flaticon.com to help make this website.
